Jot-a-Note Publications were started by the Sizer family. The books are written by Beverly and Richard, daughter and son respectively of Keith Sizer. Beverly is Director of JASSPA (a performing arts school in Dulwich) and Richard is Director of Music at Cumnor House School, Croydon. In 2003 Spartan Press purchased the name.
